Maximizing Solar Potential
The solar panel coating and cleaning solution combines titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanotechnology and Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) to provide surface purification and large-scale self-sanitizing capabilities.
Solar panels are first coated with the translucent coating containing TiO2 through electrostatic spraying. As the coating sets, a two-fold self-cleaning mechanism takes place with the formation of a self-sanitizing surface where dust and debris are photo-decomposed when reacting to TiO2 through photo-irradiation, and an extremely thin water layer is formed, which results in the dust and debris slipping off the solar panel surface and thusly removed.

In addition to its self-sanitising capability, the coating possesses self-sanitising properties that are vital and beneficial in enhancing solar panel power output by ensuring maximum light exposure while simultaneously reducing overall operating temperature. The nanotechnology coating is effective for up to 12 months once applied.

After the application of TiO2 nano-coating, it will be paired with routine cleaning using an electrolysis cleaning solution consisting of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) with the installation of NaOCl generator at the site.
NaOCl is an excellent stain remover and a cost-effective active ingredient that further reduces surface reflection, assisting in light absorption and enhancing power efficiency. Additionally, NaOCl is a chemical-free and environmentally friendly solution that reduces chemical impact on the environment.
